The MGRII debut at EQLA was awesome! It was amazing meeting people who have followed this project and seeing everyone’s reaction. Many commented on the print quality, saying they wished they could take the pages out and put them up on their walls!
We sold through a lot, but we still have a few left. They will be available for $25 + shipping. They will be shipped via media mail within the US, which is generally very affordable.
It was awesome being able to work with so many great artists to make this thing possible. Below is the list of artists included in the print book, but watch out for even more in the online release (though there will still be many exclusive to print!).

If you’d like to grab a copy of this 68 page, full color zine, send an email to ponyzine@gmail.com with your address!
This may be your last chance to pick up this amazing independent art collaboration!
ponycycle asked: The pre-orders are for pickup at EQLA, right?
Actually these preorders are for shipped copies. It seems like there is enough demand that we’ll be able to sell leftover copies/second print copies. So if you can’t make it to EQLA, fire a message off to ponyzine@gmail.com.
The EQLA copies will be first come first serve. If you want to save the shipping and guarantee yourself a first printing (and get it signed by the amazing Ponywise perhaps?), table H3 in the vendor’s hall by Operations is where you can buy it at the con.
Thanks for the question!
We are now starting a waiting list for preorders. Email ponyzine@gmail.com to reserve a spot!

The time is almost here. The amazing fiend tag-team of ponywise and sofas&quills, came together to create something amazing. They brought together a massive group of artists and created a fanzine that’s going to be on sale at EQLA. Here’s the official description -
“MGRII is a high-quality earth-pony-themed art zine! With submissions ranging from comics and visual art to poetry and prose, and a seriously talented bunch of well-known contributors, this book is the ultimate MLP art piece. The print run will be very limited, so EQLA is the best place to snag a copy and meet several of the artists!”
I have had the pleasure of watching this entire project come together over the past few months and believe me when I say it is absolutely stunning. So much time and effort has gone into this book and it really shows. They are selling them $20 each at EQLA and the first print run is limited to only 100 copies. This is a full art book with 68 beautiful pages. It is features music, art, comics, short stories made by a bunch of crazy talented people. Seventeen of AF’s finest contributed to this project!
If you’re not going to EQLA then hope is not lost. Make some noise! We’d love to do another print run but we need to know the demand is there. I’m sure everyone involved would love to continue with this series in the future and I’ve already heard some really cool ideas.
Big thanks to everyone involved for the amazing work!
