Absolutely; in fact, we strongly encourage it! The prompts allow the Artfiends to work towards interesting and often fun new approaches to artistic endeavours in hopes of sparking discussion and inspiration. They also allow other artists to get involved and join in on the collaborative effort!

No need to apologize! The Art-Fiends met through the pony fandom but we’ve always supported the idea of making any art that you feel strongly about. The whole point of this tumblr is so that people who are aware of us can participate in the same art exercises we do that help us loosen up and explore new things. Feel free to submit!

Thanks for the kind words! We have a vague about page over here, but to sum it up, ArtFiends is a bunch of friends most of whom are artists in some form or another. Creating art, inspiring it, and giving feedback on it. The desire for improvement is a large driving force for us.

AF has a lot of really talented members from lots of different fields.
For example, in terms of audio, AWorldofSound, Griffinilla and Batongmalaque are all fantastic, both as musicians and as composers. SpiderJewel is a voice actress of immense skill and YeNguyen is a beautiful writer of prose!
